FAQs
What's your return policy?
1
Each print is made to order and produced with care. If your print arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost — just send us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind on made-to-order items.
When will I get my order?
2
Prints are produced and dispatched within 5–7 business days. Delivery within New Zealand takes 2–4 business days. International orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days depending on destination.
What sizes are available?
3
All prints are available in A4 (21 × 30 cm), A3 (30 × 42 cm), and A2 (42 × 59 cm). The Final Glow panoramic is available in a special format of 110 × 45 cm. All prints are shipped in protective packaging: Stay-flat envelopes for A4 and wide-diameter tubes for A3/A2. For other sizes, please get in touch.
What paper and printer do you use?
4
Every print is produced on a Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 using Ilford archival paper selected for each image. Archival prints are rated for 70+ years under normal display conditions.
Do you ship internationally?
5
Yes. We ship worldwide. International orders are sent in rigid protective tubes for A3 and A2, and in hard-backed protective envelopes for A4. All orders include an edition certificate.
How much does shipping cost?
6
Standard Prints (A4): NZ$15.00 — Sent in rigid stay-flat envelopes.
Large Prints (A3 & A2): NZ$20.00 — Sent in 76mm diameter rigid tubes to ensure the paper arrives in perfect condition.
Local Delivery & Pickup If you are located in Queenstown, we offer free local delivery or collection. Please select the "Local Delivery" option at checkout, and I will contact you directly to coordinate the drop-off or a meeting point.
Do the prints come framed?
7
To ensure the safest and most cost-effective shipping, all prints are sold unframed. This allows you to choose a frame that perfectly matches your home decor. Our prints are made to standard sizes (A4, A3, A2) for easy framing at any local shop.
Our fine art papers are delicate. We recommend taking your print directly to your local framer to be opened professionally. If you open it yourself, please handle it only by the edges or with cotton gloves to avoid transferring oils from your skin to the print surface.
