  • Each print is made to order and produced with care. If your print arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost — just send us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind on made-to-order items.

  • Prints are produced and dispatched within 5–7 business days. Delivery within New Zealand takes 2–4 business days. International orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days depending on destination.

  • All prints are available in A4 (21 × 30 cm), A3 (30 × 42 cm), and A2 (42 × 59 cm). The Final Glow panoramic is available in a special format of 110 × 45 cm. For other sizes, please get in touch.
