
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.​

Damage During Shipping:

If your print arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will request clear photographs of the damage (both the artwork and the original packaging) to assess the situation and proceed with a replacement or refund.

Manufacturing Defects:

If the print shows a manufacturing defect (e.g., printing errors, material issues) not attributable to the shipping process or customer handling, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will ask for photographic proof of the defect.

Change of Mind / General Returns:

We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of receiving your print.

To be eligible for a return, the print must be in perfect, unused, undamaged condition and in its original packaging or equivalent packaging that ensures its protection during return shipping.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind cases will be borne by the customer.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund:

Prints showing signs of use, accidental damage caused by the customer, or alterations.

Products that were ordered with specific customizations (e.g., custom frames, unique special editions) unless they show a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Products returned without prior contact or return authorization.

Return Process:

Initial Contact: To initiate a return, please send us an email asebavachino@outlook.co.nz with the following details:

Order number.

Description of the issue (damage, defect, change of mind).

Clear photographs (if applicable, especially for damage or defects).

Return Authorization: Once we have reviewed your request, we will send you a confirmation and, if applicable, detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Do not send any item back without having received prior authorization.

Packaging: Please package the print securely, preferably in its original packaging or in packaging that offers the same protection, to prevent damage during return transit. You are responsible for ensuring the item arrives in good condition.

Return Shipping: Shipping must be made to the address provided. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days (this timeframe may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).

Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of shipping damage or manufacturing defects.

Replacements (for Damaged or Defective Items):

If your item arrived damaged or defective, once assessed and approved, we will offer you a replacement of the same item at no additional cost. If the item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
